Our Guarantee

ResVitále products are shipped directly from the nearest ResVitále warehouse to ensure the freshest product possible.

If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with any ResVitále product, they may return the unused portion to ResVitále within 30 days of the date purchased for a refund and/or replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price (customer is responsible for shipping costs).

Invoice order numbers serve as the proof of purchase, so customers must keep the invoice packaged with the associated shipment. All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service department.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated. These items carry individual warranties.
